NGP Gas Control Technology (GCT) Series Laser Manual Manifolds are specifically designed for laser applications requiring high delivery pressure up to 15 bar with high flow

Every manifold is supplied with the following:

• 310 bar rated isolation valves
• Non return headers
• Harris H25 heavy duty regulator (AS4267)
• Contents and delivery gauges
• Control up to 15 bar
• Witt SV805 safety relief valve for pipeline protection
• Isolating ball valve
• ½" pipeline connection
• stst backing board for wall mounting

NGP has a range of LifeGuard safety hoses to connect to this manifold - both in standard pressure (Type 10) and EHP O2 (Type 11). Various lengths available

Low pressure (after the manifold) ½" PTFE lined, stst braided hoses in any length are also a specialty. Get in contact for a custom length.

Starting with a clean slate, NGP has re-designed the typical manual manifold from the ground up.  Utilising the robust and reliable cylinder valve as the control valve for each side of the manifold, the GCT manifold is compact and the heart of your gas control

The design allows for pressure gauges to be added to each side, giving a visual indication of each bank’s cylinder contents. A high performance pipeline regulator is nested between the Müller 300 bar rated isolation valves. No longer do you need to acquire a separate regulator. Each manifold has a special adjustment key that allows the regulator to be set. Any service work to the regulator can be performed in situ by a service technician.

If replacing an existing manifold which connects to a standard regulator, NGP has a 'tee' version that allows a more traditional connection. Please enquire directly.
